Editing Patris

First mate of {{Hn|Jeremy|0=}}. A middle-aged man.

He's from the [[Erathian]] colony on [[Klondike]] archipelago and has a wife and daughter. Patris was one of the men who fought for independence, which has made him good at scouting and guerilla warfare. Unfortunately, the governor caught everyone in the movement except him and had them hung. He was hired on a ship sailing to Erathia in the morning, and thus escaped, abandoning his family. Since then, he swore never to go back home.

Eventually, he joined Jeremy's crew. His skills were used to ambush the enemies such as [[Kreegans]] and raid their resourses. Upon [[Evenmorn|meeting]] {{Hn|Casmetra|0=}} on [[Evenmorn Island]], he mistrusted her, and the feeling was mutual. Later, right there he told his backstory to Jeremy, who promised to bring justice to his people. [[The Shores of Hell|At the shores]] of [[Eeofol]], Patris warned Jeremy of Casmetra dooming them all.

[[In Search of the Horn|When going]] for the [[Horn of the Abyss]], Patris took a command of a galley, this was the first time he had taken charge of a vessel as a captain. Then they were encountered by [[Tatalian]] royal fleet. While [[Casmetra]] was destroying the fleet, he was "accidently" killed by her spell. When [[Jeremy]] [[Frontier|finds himself]] on the [[Klondike]] islands and learns of it, he recognizes that it's the homeland of Patris. Ironically, though Jeremy didn't discover his late friend's family, he fulfilled the promise by defeating both the local pirates, the colonial rule and the remnants of the [[Kreegans]].
