::I think, that it is not a bug and was not obliged to be ''fixed'' at all. Conflux was initially not a town at all, and Elementals were neutral creatures like Peasants. Thus, Angelic Alliance had nothing to do with them. Moreover, the official description doesn't tell about neutral alignment, it tells about different towns.
