Editing Tournament rules

The Tournament Rules Option, available in HotA{{-wh}} in "More Options" can be used in both single and multiplayer scenarios to alter the game. These rules include:

* Limit to 2 [[Dimension Door]]s per day per hero if the hero has [[Expert Air Magic]] '''and''' the map size is at least XL+U (41472 tiles); in all other cases, [[Dimension Door]] is limited to being used once per day. 
* Cloak of the Undead King is banned for assembly.
