== Story ==
This artifact plays an important role in the [[Dragon's Blood]]{{-wa}} and [[Clash of the Dragons]]{{-whc}} campaigns.

Differing accounts say the vial contains the blood of either the [[Dragon Father]], the [[First Dragon Dame]] or the [[Grandfather of all Dragons]]. {{Hn|Mutare|0=}} drinks it to become {{Hn|Mutare Drake|0=}}, a sentient dragon. {{Hn|Tarnum|image=Tarnum (Ranger)|0=}} uses it to wrest dragons from Mutare Drake's control and restore their free will.
