Merge with AI value?

Army strength and AI value are such closely related topics that I can't imagine someone who would want to read about AI value and not want to read about army strength (and wandering creature behaviour, but I digress), especially since both pages are so short (not counting the table over at AI value). I would be bold and do it myself, but I've forgotten (that is assuming I ever knew) how to delete pages, let alone easily redirect all the links that pointed to said deleted page.
