| Estates is a typical secondary skill for a supply hero not involved in major battles. Having various "pay heroes" is a support to the economy, and when increasing their level of experience, it's worthy to upgrade Estates to advanced and expert as soon as possible. "Pay heroes" should be kept in a safe place, as losing a hero with Estates will decrease daily income. A [[Witch Hut]] with Estates, visited by all heroes, would be a great luck. Estates is compatible with +350 gold [[specialty]], thus, not including artifacts, a hero may bring 850 gold daily (1350 in {{hota}}{{-wh}}). Remember that [[Death Knight]]s cannot learn Estates (while hiring Necropolis heroes playing for another town is generally ambiguous, as [[undead]] will spoil [[morale]]).
