'''Tile''', '''hex''' or '''square''' are all terms for the basic movement unit for heroes and creatures. ''Hex'' term is used mainly in combat situations when determining the distance a creature can move on the battlefield, while the term ''Square'' is used to determine the distance a hero can travel on [[adventure map]] . The term ''Tile'' can be used for both situations. It should be noted, that although ''Tile'' or ''Square'' terms are used to descripe the distance hero can travel, it is not entirely accurete, because hero travelling diagonally uses more movement points than hero traveling vertically or horizontally.
