== Thematic Sets == * Interesting table you have here! Is there some hard metric you are using to make these sets or just inferring them from the names/descriptions? --Legate (talk) 14:07, 22 January 2026 (UTC) ** Ring of the Magi fits with Tower, but the Ring of Conjuring flavor text says it belonged to a warlock. ** Admiral's Hat is probably either Cove or Castle. ** Wizard's Well could be Tower ** Several of the pendants feel connected to a town (i.e. Pendant of Death - Necropolis, Pendant of Holiness - Castle) The thematic sets come from a discussion between Celestial Heavens user Amelrix and Greg Fulton, you can read it here. Basically when you order the weapons, armors, helmets, and shields by the strength of their bonuses, you find that these items end up corresponding to a town, well mostly (the Helm of Chaos is kind of a weak fit for Fortress, best one can argue is "chaos" is also found in "Chaos Hydra"). Much less true for other slots and especially when the numbers don't match. I've used the names; the flavor text was done separately and not always connected to the idea behind the item. So if you got an artifact called Turtleneck Sweater of the Hydra, I'd put it in the Fortress, even if the description said it was knit by a Gremlin. Admiral's Hat can't be Cove because it's a vanilla artifact so it wasn't made with Cove in mind. Certainly one could fill the table more and even try to associate every artifact in the game to one of the factions; but I'm not sure it'd be pertinent; or clear-cut: e.g. is the Pendant of Life Rampart or Fortress? Maybe it's even Pavilion, but cf. my point about the Admiral's Hat... --Turnam (talk) 15:04, 22 January 2026 (UTC) == Great job fixing the Artifact sidebar! == ...what did you actually do? It's hard to tell with it being broken out to another file simultaneously. I'm just curious in case it comes up again. --Legate (talk) 01:50, 12 November 2025 (UTC) * Nevermind - I figured it out. That was clever throwing it in another table! --Legate (talk) 02:06, 12 November 2025 (UTC) == Pathfinding vs. Logistics == * Very interesting! I was wondering this myself. Are you thinking of making this a new page or including it directly on the pathfinding/logistics pages? It may also be interesting to include a row for having both pathfinding and logistics. --Legate (talk) 14:04, 10 February 2025 (UTC) : I was thinking about the Movement page actually. Not 100% decided as to where to put it, though~; which is why it ended up on my userpage. --Turnam (talk) 23:24, 10 February 2025 (UTC) == Move without redirect == * Ask imahero - he can grant delete privileges (which comes with move without leaving a redirect powers). --Legate (talk) 13:35, 13 June 2024 (UTC) ** I can do this too! If you need me to do moves (with or without redirects)/deletes then let me know! 18:36, 13 June 2024 (UTC) == Main Page help == Thank you for helping partially fix what I was trying to do with the main page on my testing page! I got so annoyed staring at guides the whole time and wondering what was wrong! Still need to find a way to do it without just distancing it from the top as the text below is massively displaced now, but it's progress. 18:43, 22 February 2025 (UTC) == Chinese Map? == I haven't fully looked through it...but maybe something related to :Category:Chinese Artbook? --Legate (talk) 22:42, 29 October 2025 (UTC) * Actually, maybe it is this one? --Legate (talk) 23:58, 29 October 2025 (UTC) ** Got Chinese characters, but that's about all. I'm not seeing reddish purple areas for contested lands. In fact it's this map, which does fit the "essentially the map the MM7 team used" criteria I guess, but what I want is a map that fits the "you can see within Erathia, three smaller regions colored redish-purple. These were The Contested Lands" criteria. If anything, this one would be closer, but I only see two contested areas in purple. --Turnam (talk) 06:52, 30 October 2025 (UTC)
