Castle theme also includes Sandals of the Saint (+2 to all primary skills) in the Feet slot, and Celestial Necklace of Bliss (+3 to all primary skills) in the Neck slot. Dungeon theme also includes Quiet Eye of the Dragon (+1 to Attack and Defense) in a Ring slot, Dragonbone Greaves (+1 to Knowledge and Power) in the Feet slot, Dragon Wing Tabard (+2 to Knowledge and Power) in the Cape slot, Necklace of Dragonteeth (+3 to Knowledge and Power) in the Neck slot, and Still Eye of the Dragon (+1 Luck and +1 Morale) in a Ring slot.

In Armageddon's Blade, the Inferno theme set became plot-relevant as the components of Armageddon's Blade. In The Shadow of Death, several of these sets became the basis for combination artifacts: Armor of the Damned for the Necropolis set, Angelic Alliance for the Castle set, Power of the Dragon Father for the Dungeon set, and Titan's Thunder for the Tower set. Cut content shows additional combination artifacts were planned, one of which, the Ironfist of the Ogre, was added in Horn of the Abyss as made from the Stronghold set.
