They are a race rumored to live in the desert on the east side of the Nighon Bright Lands. What appears to be a member of this race resides in Ravenshore on Jadame, serving as the regions oracle.
Trivia
- This is likely a reference to the Egyptian-themed Bastion faction, originally planned for In the Wake of Gods mod, and which can be found as the Pavilion for VCMI.
- It features cat people among the units and represents a kingdom somewhere on the surface of Nighon.
- The cat-like oracle from Ravenshore only partially appears in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer. While the Oracle’s “House Background Video” still depicts the cat-like persons face, its proper dialogue portrait went unused in the final game.
- This was likely an oversight, as several other characters in the game were also assigned generic portraits instead of the more fitting ones originally intended.
