A small cult of necromancers controlling the Ferris Swamp in northern Avauntnell. The Erathians decided that since they didn't cause many problems, it wasn't worth the time and expense to send their armies to this remote swamp region and deal with them. The Ebon Hand are said to revere one of the undead races as gods, keeping them imprisoned to be worshipped day and night.
