Kastore is an elven sorcerer and the most recent ruler of Deyja (see: Timeline). He originally hails from the world of Terra. The bulk of his plans as the ruler of Deyja consisted of the renaissance of the Heavenly Forge. While he, or rather the men under his command, achieved some progress (such as the creation and mass-production of Dreadnoughts), his plans ultimately failed, primarily due to the Reckoning.
