Boots of Polarity is a relic class artifact equipped in the feet slot. When equipped, the boots increase hero's magic resistance skill by 15%. It should be noted, that boots increase magic resistance whether or not the hero has resistance secondary skill.
You cannot purchase relic artifacts in Artifact Merchants.
Discussion
A common misunderstanding is that magic restiance artifacts need Restiance secondary skill in order to work - like for example archery artifacts (Bow of Elven Cherrywood) need Archery skill in order to work. However, magic restiance artifacts directly increase magic resistance of creatures.
