"The Nisse (or Tomte) are young-looking short humanoid, with fairly smooth skin that does not betray their age. Unlike the halfling, however, they have great, bushy beards, and are not as nimble. They do not have a particularly strong interest or affinity with aspects of either Might or Magic, like other races do.
