Crew Mates and Seamen are the level 2 creatures of Cove. They can be recruited from the Shack. Building the Pub increases crew mate and seaman growth by +4 per week.
"No captain sails without a crew, especially if they're a Regnan captain. Such a captain sees great value in having desperate daredevils in their crew, with whom they will heartily drink with after plundering and looting unfortunate ships who happen to pass by.
