Buildings specific to each town type (a.k.a specific buildings or unique buildings) are structures that can't be built in all towns. They technically include blacksmiths and resource silos as stated in the Restoration of Erathia manual, because their functions vary from town to town. It is also worth mentioning that shipyards and artifact merchants are not unique per say, they are simply not common. Shipyards are specific to Castle, Necropolis, Fortress and Conflux; followed by artifact merchants specific to Tower, Dungeon and Conflux.
