Treasury is a special building of Rampart. At the first day of the week, it produces extra gold the all amount of 10% the player had (not based on the income of that specific town) at the end of the week. The effect is cumulative, so two treasuries will produce 20% and so on. Economically this building makes Rampart an extremely powerful faction.
