Moandor's charismatic style somehow stayed with him after he was transformed into a Lich. Strangely enough, this provides him with the ability to lead and recruit new Liches more effectively than any other hero.

Increases the speed of Liches or Power Liches by 1 and their Attack and Defense skills by 5% for every 5 levels (rounded up).

Moandor the Death Knight is a Necropolis hero. Moandor starts with a spell book and the spell Slow.

Specialty

The in-game description "Increases the Attack and Defense skills of any Liches or Power Liches for each level attained after 5th level." is erroneous in "each level attained" moment, and lacks the speed bonus information. (Description is fixed in HotA ).

Unlike the native terrain speed bonus, the creature specialty speed bonus can affect the hero's movement points in case the creature is the slowest one in the army.
