Gretchin does not appear in the story text of any campaign levels.

Heroes of Might and Magic IV

Gretchin survived The Reckoning and appeared as a hero on Axeoth.

• Despite being a goblin in Heroes of Might and Magic III, Gretchin's portrait in Heroes of Might and Magic IV mistakenly depicts her as an orc.
