Because [[Eagle Eye]] is one of the worst secondary skills in {{homm3}}, and the fact Tiva specializes in it, makes her one of the most useless heroes in the game. Perhaps the only propriety is, that one can acquire her troops when she is hired from the tavern, and she will make an excellent "sapper" for [[Witch Hut]]s. | |||

In March of the Undead, Adrienne's troops impersonate Tiva to get the leaders of Tatalia to realize that the undead are the threat, not Adrienne.

Because Eagle Eye is one of the worst secondary skills in Heroes of Might and Magic III, and the fact Tiva specializes in it, makes her one of the most useless heroes in the game. Perhaps the only propriety is, that one can acquire her troops when she is hired from the tavern, and she will make an excellent "sapper" for Witch Huts.
However, in HotA 
(since version 1.7.2), the Eagle Eye has been reworked. Now Tiva can learn as many spells as possible within short time. It also helps that she reduces the disadvantage of Fortress only having maximum 3 level of Mage Guild.
