Voy the Witch is a Fortress hero. Voy starts with a spell book and the spell Slow.

In Horn of the Abyss, Kinkeria Kinkeria replaces Voy on maps without water. You can read more here.

Specialty[edit]

Unlike the most secondary skill specialties, Navigation does not increase the secondary skill bonus effects. It depends on the base amount of the hero's movement at sea (1500) and provides extra 75 movement points on water per level (5% of 1500). So neither SoD ("5% per level bonus to Navigation skill percentage") nor HotA ("5% per level bonus to movement points at sea") specialty descriptions are correct.
