He is not an original Restoration of Erathia hero, but was added in Armageddon's Blade and is also available in The Shadow of Death.
By default, Boragus is not playable, but he may be enabled in custom scenarios in the map editor.
Bug: the starting amount of creatures is equal to the one of the common Castle hero (fixed in Horn of the Abyss ).

Boragus is also known as Duke Winston Boragus or King Boragus as he is the ruler of Krewlod during the Restoration Wars. He recruited Yog to Krewlod's army and tasked him with dissembling the Angelic Alliance. Boragus was slain by
Kilgor in the Festival of Life.
Jabarkas is Boragus' eldest son, and
Gundula is his foster child.
