As they are heroes of a neutral town, they can get experience by sacrificing both artifacts and creatures on Altar of Sacrifice and in Grotto 
.
All elementalists start with the secondary skill Wisdom. They cannot learn Resistance, which means they can only acquire it from Witch Huts, Scholars, Seer's Huts, or Events.
