Effect: This heavy book contains all spells in the School of Air Magic. It must be equipped for the spells to be available.
You come across a conjurer who begs to accompany you and your army awhile for safety. You agree, and he offers as payment a copy of a book of the elements.

Tome of Air Magic is a relic class artifact equipped in the misc slot.

Gives the hero knowledge of all Air Magic Spells.

The level of the hero's Wisdom is not a factor.

You cannot purchase relic artifacts in Artifact Merchants.

Spells banned by the mapmaker are not available in Tomes.
