Zilare was a library keeper in Erathia, having dedicated his life to browsing through old archives. However, he couldn't always keep things together in his head. Fired over supposedly stealing a rare book, he became a cook on a pirate ship. Later life led Zilare to developing arcane powers. He learned to control the memory of allies and enemies alike.
Increases the number of units affected by Forgetfulness in the target stack by 10% for every N hero levels, where N is the level of the target creature.
